MATLET Group CEO elected Chairman of MBEIC

Pawtucket, RI – January 4, 2012 – Gary Stiffler, President and CEO of The MATLET Group, recently was elected Chairperson of the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council’s (GNEMSDC) Minority Business Enterprise’s Input Committee (MBEIC). Mr. Stiffler will fill the Chairperson role for a two-year term after serving as a Vice-Chair.

GNEMSDC is a non-profit agency of national and local major corporations. The Input Committee functions to provide input to the Board of Directors of the GNEMSDC, offering advice and guidance to the programs operating under the auspices of the GNEMSDC and to conduct other activities the Committee adopt as part of its goals to enhance minority economic development.

As Chairperson, Stiffler will be responsible for organizing all activities of the Input Committee and will sit on the Board of Directors of the GNEMSDC. He will also participate in NMSDC activities and interact with other MBE Input Committee Chairpersons nationally. All Input Committee Chairpersons offer outstanding service, value and advice to the President and Board of Directors.

Mr. Stiffler is a 30-year printing industry veteran and a former executive at World Color and Quebecor World. He has been at the helm of The MATLET Group since 2005. The company owns two manufacturing operations, Central Florida Press in Orlando and Packaging Graphics in Pawtucket, in addition to NOVA Marketing Services, a fulfillment company in St. Louis. The MATLET Group also is a member of the prestigious NMSDC Corporate Plus® group of large certified MBEs.
